Our staff consists exclusively of qualified professionals, including certified teachers, educational technicians, pediatric medical professionals (nurses, CNAs, and medical technicians), and seasoned caregivers with extensive experience supporting children from infancy through adolescence.

  • Our comprehensive service is designed to deliver premium childcare, immersive entertainment, and absolute peace of mind. Every booking includes:

    Dedicated Professional Staffing: An elite team of two to three fully certified, CPR/First Aid trained wedding nannies to ensure premium care and safety ratios.

    The Pre-Wedding Consultation: A personalized meet-and-greet the day before the wedding, allowing parents and children to comfortably connect with their assigned nannies.

    Extended Event Coverage: Six to eight hours of continuous on-site care, seamlessly covering everything from the ceremony through the reception.

    Cinematic Production Gear: Access to two or three premium Super 8 reproduction screenless digital cameras, curated videography props, and tailored production elements.

    Custom Interactive Entertainment: A curated lineup of age-appropriate activities, games, and creative routines designed to keep every child engaged and entertained.

  • For Adults-Only Weddings: We establish a safe, dedicated zone completely separate from the main event. This can be hosted on-site in a private venue room, or off-site at a location of your choice, such as a coordinated hotel suite or banquet room.

    For Child-Inclusive Weddings: Our team acts as on-site managers for your youngest guests. We coordinate with your vendors to seamlessly integrate kids into formal photography, manage and host a dedicated children’s dinner table, and ensure they remain delightfully entertained without disrupting the flow of your timeline.

    Sensory & Rest Zones: Regardless of your wedding style, we always recommend designating a quiet, on-site space. This allows our specialist team to bring children who become overstimulated or tired into a calm, low-stress environment away from the main reception excitement.

  • Every wedding is uniquely structured, and we offer the flexibility to accommodate the catering arrangement that works best for your event. Food and beverages can be managed in one of two ways:

    • Venue Catering Integration: You can include the children in your master catering order and request that the venue or caterer deliver meals, snacks, and drinks directly to our dedicated childcare space.

    • Parent-Provided Provisions: Alternatively, individual parents are welcome to pack and provide meals, specialized snacks, and beverages tailored strictly to their own child's dietary needs and preferences.

    Our team will seamlessly coordinate mealtime schedules, host the children's dining area, and manage any parent-approved snack intervals throughout the duration of the event.

    • Our Standard Ratio: We operate with a strict baseline of one professional caregiver for every four children (1:4).

    • Custom Accommodations: Depending on the specific age distribution, specialized needs, and dynamic of the group, this may scale up to a maximum of a 1:5 ratio, ensuring every child receives attentive care.

    • Large Group Coordination: For events with more than 15 children, we seamlessly scale our staffing. Additional professional nannies can be brought onto the team for a supplemental fee to preserve our safety and production quality.
